1. online bookings will appear with full retail price. For clients on pre paid packages for body and face, please note that your discounted price will be arranged at checkout

2. if your preferred therapist or time is not available, we will be notified that you are on a wait list, should a desirable appointment become available we will contact you as soon as possible.

3. for clients booking the Jet Vibe and Detox Box, please choose SALON as your preferred employee

4. please note that times allocated on confirmation are ESTIMATED TREATMENT TIMES only.

5. online booking will offer you 3 best options for bookings, which can be refreshed by reselecting ideal dates and times

6. online booking can be made up to 60 days in advance

7. a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address
