Etiquette
To enable us to schedule your appointments at your preferred day and time, reservations are essential and we ask that you please comply with our cancellation policy.
Arrival
We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will give you the chance of getting changed, enjoy your time and relax before you treatment commences.
Late Arrival
As a courtesy to all our clients’ late arrival may mean that we are unable to perform your treatment or treatment time may be reduced. The full treatment cost will still be charged.
Consultation
Your therapist will ask you to fill out a consultation questionnaire and discuss with you any special needs or health considerations. Please let your therapist know at any time of your treatment if you are not comfortable or have any concerns. Our aim is to ensure that every minute you spend with us is enjoyable.
Children
Our aim is to provide you and all our other clients with a tranquil environment so we ask that you arrange care for your children prior to your appointment.
Etiquette
We ask that you switch your mobile off or on silent for your own benefit and respect for our other clients.
Attire
Your sense of comfort and privacy is really important to us and your therapist will advise you on what to wear prior to your treatment. Disposable underwear, towels, slippers and robes will be readily available for your convenience.
Cancellations
We require 24 hours notice from the time of your appointment and 48 hours for evenings and Saturdays or a cancellation fee of 50% of your treatment will be applied. Please note a credit card number is required to secure your reservation when booking 2 or more hours.
Gift Voucher
A Body Wisdom Gift Voucher is the perfect present for any occasion. The vouchers are valid for 6 months and may be made out for a dollar value or any specific services.
Valuables
Please leave any valuables at home as we do not take responsibility for loss or any items left at the clinic.
Payment
As payments we accept cash, eftpos, visa, bankcard or mastercard.
